Ilse Perez is our Human Resource Generalist and recently joined our iCopy team in September of 2022. 

 

Ilse is excited to tackle this new role for iCopy as our company continues to grow and scale. Her long-term vision and goal is to expand employee centered programs and further develop training & leadership. Ilse is deeply passionate about supporting employees throughout their careers, benefits administration, and legal compliance. 

 

Ilse has worked in the private sector as an HR Executive for Target Corp. and as an HR Manager for an IT placement company. Prior to that, Ilse attended University of Nevada, Reno where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Management in 2016. While in college, she also lived in D.C. while serving in the public sector for a Senator on Capitol Hill assisting with immigration policy & research. 

 

Ilse is married with two dogs, four puppies, and loves to kickbox and host game night with her loved ones.
